Note: this are just sample tasks to test your ability. The projects can be different but you will be provided with tutorial and instructions and you have to follow that and complete the work once you are hired. There will be a treshold for each project.
For eg. 400 Entries in 8 hours.
Task 1: PDF to Word Typing
Instructions: Type the attached PDF 1st page to Word Document with the same formatting. No need of headers and footer and images. The document is in Spanish but you can use an online tool to convert the text but make sure it’s the same as it is in the document.
Max Time: 20 Mins
Tools to be Used: Online OCR, Google Lens, MS Word, Adobe PDF Reader, Google Chrome
Task 2: PDF Hotel Feedback to Excel
Instructions: Type the first feedback form into Excel Sheet in their respective columns. Do only 1 feedback i.e pages 1 and 2. You will see the numbers at the top 1 and 1.1. Make sure you type the exact matching text as the user wrote in the feedback form with proper formatting in the excel sheet.
Max Time: 15 Mins
Tools to be Used: MS Excel
Task 3: Online Data Scrapping
Instructions: In this task, Collect the leads from a google search for the following keyword: restaurants in California
Fields needed: Name, Address, City, Zip Code, State, Website, Phone
Do only 5 entries.
Max Time: 10 Mins
Tools to be Used: MS Excel, Google Search, Google Maps
